James Franklin Conway, age 84, died on November 16, 2022, in Stone Mountain, Ga. He was born December 5, 1937, in Miamisburg, Ohio to James and Mildred Conway. He moved to Atlanta in 1951, attended Bass High School and Georgia Tech. He had a career as a draftsman at Taylor Enterprises. His warmth and great sense of humor will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his sister Katherine Conway, his 5 children Chris Conway, Allison Edwards, Jayson Conway, Meganne Conway, and Courtney Cash; 4 grandchildren Kathryn Fitzpatrick, Devin Chatwood, Austin Conway and Jayson Conway Jr; 4 great grandchildren: Ava Everett, Bryce Fitzpatrick, CJ Chatwood, and Keegan Fitzpatrick.
Funeral is scheduled on December 5, 2022, at 1pm, at Floral Hills Memorial Garden with reception to follow afterward in the hall. Please come celebrate James' life. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the American Heart Association in his honor.
