He was born in Buckhead, GA the son of the late William Hoyt and Lillie Mae Gunter Moulder.
Mr. Moulder was an Army Veteran and worked as a Reliever for General Motors.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Ann Parker Moulder of Decatur; his children, Linda Moulder Kerr of Lakeland, FL and Dennis Lee Moulder of Snellville; his step children, Randy Fulcher, Damon Fulcher, Joy Kenny, Gay Peden, Herbert Parker, and Tommy Parker; Many grandchildren, many great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
Funeral services Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Floral Hills Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Elrod officiating. Interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family from 12:00 until service time on Thursday.
