Passed away on August 22, 2011 with her family by her side. Will be sadly missed by her husband of 62 years, Charles "Doug" Hartley; son Graham and his wife Bernarda "Benny" and grandchildren Christopher and Elizabeth. Ruth will also be missed by other family and friends. A memorial visitation will take place at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough, on Friday, August 26, 2011 at 1pm with a memorial service to follow in the chapel at 2pm.
