He was a devoted and loving husband to Linda (Po Lin) Lam, cherished father of Wendy, Wayne (Patsy), and Raymond. Paul was a proud grandfather to Rachel, Wayne, Linda May, Paul, Robert, Allison, Jonathan, Christopher, Lynton and Sydney.
Paul came to Canada in 1952 and married the love of his life, Linda (Po Lin), in 1958. They were married for 65 years. They opened the New Niagara Restaurant and Tavern on St. Clair Avenue West and operated it for 48 years. He was well respected in the community for his kindness, welcoming demeanor and of course for his famous chicken wings with a slice of lemon in a box.
Paul will be forever remembered, loved and deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
The Lam family would like to thank all our family from Montreal, Uncle David and his family and our friends for their love and support. In addition, the Lam family would like to thank all of his caregivers at Fudger House for taking such wonderful care of Paul.
