Loving mother of Craig and Peter. Pat will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Tyler, Arianna, Samantha and Ashley.
Also survived by her brothers in law, John, Frank, Robert and their families.
Pat was an avid member of the Granite Club for 65 years and participated in many activities. Her first love Tennis, from age seven was gleefully added in 1974 when the club moved to Bayview . She continued to play badminton in the winter and added curling to her roster of sports. When winter tennis was added to club facilities Pat dropped other sports to enjoy tennis year round. Her tennis career continued to age 82 when she ended the summer season with a bad wrist fracture.
Her love of outdoors went beyond competitive sports; gardening, swimming, hiking with dogs, sailing fishing, skiing, water and snow, all fit into her agenda.
After the summer island cottage was destroyed in a wind storm Pat quickly became a carpenter to finish the rebuilding. At one point Pat had to be discouraged from hammering her nails into the wall boards after 9:30 pm so that her neighboring children would not be awoken.
