Olindo Ostetto

On Sept 16, 2014, at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Toronto, Olindo Ostetto peacefully

passed away with the love and support of his family by his side. He was 91

years young. Beloved husband of Santa Ostetto (Pozzobon), dear father of

Mary (Ray) Smit, Dennis (Anna) Ostetto, René (Darren) Ostetto and

Linda (Munawar) Ostetto, cherished “Nonno” of Melissa Moxon, Andre Smit,

Dean Ostetto, Dylan Ostetto, Sana Najafi, Naqia Najafi and Zayan Najafi

and great-grandfather of Madison, Sophia, Olivia and Marlowe.

The Ostetto family will receive friends at the Jerrett Funeral Home,

St. Clair Chapel, 1141 St. Clair Ave. West (1 block east of Dufferin Street)

in Toronto on Thursday, September 18 from 4pm - 9pm. The Funeral Mass

will take place on Friday, September 19 at 10am at St Clare’s Catholic Church,

1118 St. Clair Ave. West
. Friends wishing to remember Olindo with a

memorial donation are asked to consider the foundation of their choice.
