Passed away after her battle with cancer on April 28, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario. Predeceased by brothers Godino Marghella and Ugo Marghella. Survived by devoted husband of 51 years, Camillo. Loving mother of Cathy (Nick), Gina, and Alfonso (Carmelina). Wonderful nonna of Matthew, Marissa, Stefano and Alessio. Maria will be deeply missed by all of her extended family and friends both here and in Italy. She will be fondly remembered for her love of cooking and music but above all else, her love for her family. A Visitation will take place at THE JERRETT FUNERAL HOME (1141 St. Clair Ave W., Toronto, ON) on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 9:00pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at St. Clare’s Catholic Parish (1118 St. Clair Ave W., Toronto, ON) at 10:00 am. Entombment at Glendale Cemetery to follow. (1810 Albion Rd.
