a few more thoughts...we will all miss talking to you about and going to the horse races...our cookie factory package...chinese food from Donlands...and my regular news clippings from the Toronto papers that you would send north to us...rest in peace...may the grace of God be with you...Jeff

Hey Aunt Marg,
you know how I feel...I'll miss our twice weekly phone calls to solve all the worlds problems!...and dinner at Swiss Chalet (especially the coconut cream pie) or a hot dog at Harveys...Thanks for always being there to bounce ideas off of...the support at tough days...and the enthusiasm to wonder about my day...I'll continue to give you updates about school and hockey...will greatly miss you...

Marg, I remember all of the good times we had when I was your neighbour in Terra Cotta.  You taught me a lot about dog retrieving training.  You always welcomed me when I rode by on my horse.  And you were so wonderful when my girls came to visit. 

Rest in peace, my dear, you touch so many hearts.  I am so glad our paths met.

Dear Marg,
   It was with great sadness that we returned from our cottage to learn that you had passed away.  We have only fond memories of you as our neighbour, our wonderful person to turn to when we needed information about the area, or for that matter, about anything.  Rest well, dear friend for you have trod a long road and many of the spots were not paved.

Petit tinny lady with a very big heart that's how I describe Margaret. 

The first time I met her we have this kind of connection.  We just see each other once in while, but we are so connected.  We chat before I start my work and we chat again after... I am so happy talking to her I always learned something and I laugh with some of her jokes.

I was so surprise with the bad news.  I do'nt expect it that way because she still strong and in good health at her age. 

You may be gone in this world Margaret but your memories will remain ....(specially if I can see an Owl everwhere)

It took me many years to find out that the beautiful hair do's that you wore when I was in my teens were actually wigs!   You always looked so " together"  with perfect hair - I was so envious.

I know you're up there getting reacquainted with Pat and all of the 1135 r's who have passed on. You will be missed by myself and all of the other 'Old Timer's' who  live here.

Dear Margaret:  I shall always be grateful that I had the privilege of having you as my dear neighbor and friend these past thirty years.  You were always a great support and blessing to me--especially through the five difficult years of my mother's illness, when I was travelling back and forth to Niagara week after week.And throughout all these years, you were always there for me--ready to listen and offer wise advice and support. . A few years back, I was driving Aunt Marg home after a family BBQ. We were chatting about old times, family & friends, past & present.

She mentioned that when she was younger, she would go out to a club with her girl friends and they each would order a single glass of Sherry.

For that, they got nicknamed the 'Sherry' girls.

Aunt Marg, after telling me that story, whenever I saw or talked to you, I always kidded you about being a 'Sherry' girl. It made you laugh.
