Linda passed away peacefully, and with dignity and courage, on Wednesday June 5, 2024. She was the beloved wife and best friend of the late Pasquale Gatti. Loving mother of David (Sandra) and Anita (David). Devoted nonna of Adam and Michael.
Linda will also be missed by the many friends and relatives she leaves behind. Linda’s strength and courage during her valiant battle is an inspiration to family and friends.
Resting at the Kane-Jerrett North York Funeral Home, visitation on Sunday June 9th, 2024 from 2-6pm; visitation will be held the following day on Monday June 10th, 2024 from 10-11, with funeral service at 11am, followed by a reception. Private family entombment to take place late afternoon at Forest Lawn Mausoleum.
A special thank you to the staff at Sunnybrook Hospital – both the Odette Cancer Centre and the Palliative Care Wing. In lieu of flowers, the family gratefully requests that a donation in memory of Linda be directed to the North York General Hospital or the Sunnybrook Hospital Palliative care units.
