Born in Abergavenny, Wales and died peacefully at the Toronto East General Hospital. Survived by her cat Keisha, brother David (Katoomba, Australia), cousin Kathleen and family (Birmingham, England) and close friends Paulette and Kathryn.
Margaret was a dynamic person in her prime and held senior positions in the advertising world. Until a few years ago she worked on the Media Digest at home.
Tennis was her passion and she followed the Toronto Blue Jays. She was interested in reading, British history, geneaology and animal welfare. Recently her ability to do most things declined but she enjoyed her daily time at her computer.
Smile or share a joke in her memory as she kept her sense of humour throughout her long struggle with MS.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 2 o'clock in the Chapel of the Trull Funeral Home, 1111 Danforth Avenue (just west of Greenwood Avenue). Donations in her memory can be made to the MS Society of Canada or to The Friends of Leslie Spit
