Dr. John Jack Harrison Mullett

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear father Dr. John Harrison Mullett. Beloved husband of Lu, cherished father of Robert, wife Angie and grandson Ricky, daughter Lou and partner Gord. Jack to his friends, was born 92 years ago in China where after getting his dental degree at the University of Toronto, returned to meet and marry his wife Lu. My parents spent 61 wonderful years together and were still as much in love as the day they married. Mom and Dad travelled the world extensively and had a wonderful life together. Jack practiced dentistry and was a championship tennis player and an avid curler well into his senior years. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and will be missed by anyone whose life he touched. Our family wishes to thank all the Nurses and Doctors at The Sunnybrook Hospital Veteran’s Wing for their love and compassion in his care for the time he was with them. Friends may call at the TRULL “NORTH TORONTO” FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 2704 Yonge St. (5 blocks south of Lawrence Ave.) on Saturday September 3, 2011, from 11-12 pm with a celebration of dad’s life beginning at 12 pm.
