I saw John when he played in St. John's, NL.  I'm sure, with his personality, you have many happy memories. I hope these comfort you during the hard times... when the rest of the world has 'moved on'. God Bless.

I am so sorry to hear of John's passing.  He was a wonderful man and will be missed very much by all who knew him. Sincerest condolences to Tina and Kendyll at this time.

I just read that John had passed. My condolences to Tina and the Mays family.  To say John will be missed, is an understatement.  He was a wonderful, genuine human being with such a powerful, beautiful voice.  He was one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet and I am so blessed that I did. Spent my weekends watching John and the Bleecker Street Band playing various venues in Toronto.  Being a young guitar player, after seeing John on stage I thought that I might be able to become a singer too and I followed that course.
