Passed suddenly on April 16, 2011 at Toronto East General Hospital, after a short battle with cancer. Jim was 64. Predeceased by his father Sidney, his mother Evangeline (Van) Candy (nee Aker) and his brother John. He is survived by his Aunt Frances, Uncle Ken (Barbara), sister-in-law Rosemary, niece Jennifer, nephew Christopher and many cousins near and far. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Thursday, April 21st at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough. Visitation at 1:00 p.m., service at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
