Jeffrey Thomas Cook

Jeff was the youngest son to Fred and Norma Cook, the younger brother to Brad Cook, brother-in-law to Sharon and Margot, uncle to Beverly, Brian and Sheila; nephew to Bill and Shirley; cousin to Linda, and to all other family and friends too numerous to mention.

But Jeff had another family. Jeff was the son-in-law to Steve and Audrey Hutchings; the brother-in-law to Stephanie and Jerry and to Howard and Kim; uncle-in-law to Kiera and Jacob, and husband to Marie.

He was a long time friend to Guy Jeune.

A third family as he was a child of God, as are we all.

Funeral services to be held at Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home, located at 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4C1L3 416-698-3121.

Visitations will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, with service at 3:00 pm and luncheon afterward.

Jeff was a great Star Trek fan of all series, but particularly the original series. He was a great lover of all animals. Most people will also remember his great fondness of movies/film, especially watching 16mm films on the big screen--the older the movie (except some silent films) the better he liked it. His taste in music was pretty much the same. He loved to listen to Big Band music--Tommy Dorsey and the like, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Bing Crosby to name a few. His most pride and joy was his Bartending Licence he acquired while going to Bartending School--considering he didn't like school much. He really wanted to be an actor and was very good in doing impersonations, mostly again of his beloved Star Trek characters, but also, a very good Dean Martin, Sinatra and Jimmy Stewart and Ronald Reagan. Toward the end Jeff spent most of his time on his own, but did manage to get all 3 Covid 19 vaccines. The one thing about Jeff is he lived his life his way and went out the same way.
