Jay was born on October 2, 1979 in Scarborough, Ontario. He attended Dunbarton High School, the University of Toronto, DeVry University-Chicago, and the Keller Graduate School of Management.
He loved many and varied things -theoretical physics and Stephen Hawking, -music, especially his new Taylor acoustic guitar, -video gaming with friends around the world, -travel in North America, Europe, and Asia, -his job in the information technology field, -cooking foods from many cultures. But above all, it was his family and friends that he loved most.
Jay was a gentle and caring soul. He was fun-loving, generous, smart, kind, compassionate, and he lived too short a life.
He died suddenly on July 22, 2020.
He was a son, a brother, an uncle, a nephew, a cousin, a friend.
We will always love and miss him.
