Just wanted to extend my condolences to you and your family. I came across the obituary for your Mom by happenstance and I remembered our days at Winston Churchill and Scarborough College as well as meeting your Mom. Please accept my sincerest sympathies.

Dear Kathy and Family:  
    Condolences from Betsy and Stan Black, your Colorado family.  Though we never met your mother, we know you and your daughter Laura, who will soon be our daughter-in-law.  The apple never falls very far from the tree, so it's clear Helen Watt was a person we would have been honored to know.  The photo gallery will be a treasure to us, for our own family records.  It is a beautiful tribute to a life of meaning.  
    Thank you, Helen Watt, for helping give our son Doug his beloved lifelong partner.  Perhaps the name will show back up in the next generation, as Doug also had a grandmother named Helen.  We will feel their presence at the wedding, along with that of their other two dear grandmothers who also left us very recently.

Dear Kathy and family:Sorry to hear of the loss of your dear mother.

Sending condolences for the loss of your mother, Helen from the Cafferty/Lavery family in Scotland. Our own mother first became friends with Helen in Canada and we all met her when she visited Scotland. We know that she will be sorely missed by all her family. Please know that Helen and her family will be in our thoughts and prayers.

We offer you our condolences in the passing of your mother Brian. Mothers are very special and as I experienced in the loss of my own mother in 2000 your mother will be greatly missed.

It's very difficult to lose a mother. I first met Mrs Watt I guess about 50 years ago when I became friends in grade 4 with Kathy. She was always so nice to me. My deepest condolences go out to the entire family.The pictures were wonderful to see. Lots of beautiful memories. Carol

While Helen was better known to my older siblings, I want to extend my sympathy  in the loss of your loved one.  Our childhood homes were in close proximity and our fathers were brothers!  Uncle Clarence and my father Levi entertained us on many occasions with the stories of their youth!
