A visitation for Franklin will be held Monday, June 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel, 467 Sherbourne Street, Toronto, ON M4X1K5, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
