A gentle and loving husband, father and grandfather, he is survived by his wife of 56 years, Vivian, his children Carolyn Roberts, Kirk, Jason, Ashley (Adrienne) and Nadine (Grant Voigtlander), and granddaughters Jessica Roberts, Kristina Roberts and Astoria Wismayer. A graveside burial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2011, at Holy Cross Cemetery, 8361 Yonge Street, Thornhill, by arrangement of Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street, North York.
