I worked with Diane when MBS was in its infancy at then Central Guaranty Trust. She mentored many of us in the industry, I was looking her up online to say hello as I left investment banking and finance many years ago and stumbled on this Guest Book messaging. My deep condolences to her family, specially to her children who I met when they were little. They might not remember me but I want to let them know that they had a special Mom who was kind ,had an  infectious laugh and irrepressible sense of humour.Thank you Diane..for being you. Eunice

My deepest condolences to Diane's family.  I worked with Diane for 4 years at Montreal Trust, on the first MBS files, as I was starting out my career as a new lawyer.  I remember her patience at explaining the business to me, but most of all I remember her fantastic sense of humour.  We would go out of our way to get her to give us that laugh!  I remember it clearly, even all these years later.  She was an excellent colleague, and it was an absolute pleasure to have worked with her.

Our deepest condolences to Dave, Janice, Michael and the rest of Diane's family.  We both had the pleasure of working with Diane for many years and she will always stand out as one of the finest people we have ever known.  Her wealth of knowledge, optimism and infectious laugh made our work together so enjoyable.  We are so happy to have remained friends beyond working together and are glad we were able to talk shortly before she passed. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever.

I worked for Diane as an MBS administrator and I can honestly say she was the nicest person I have ever worked for. She was just a lovely, genuine woman and I'll always remember her for her infectious laugh and warm personality.

I have had the privilege of working with Diane for 3 years as one of her MBS Administrators.

I remember the drive she had and how she'd continuously push herself. Her passion for the MBS world influenced me to learn as much as I could about the industry. She always had a vision for MBS, the wheels would constantly be turning on ways to improve and she was willingly happy to talk about those ideas. Although work aside, she was equally excited to talk about her family cottage and all the happy memories spent there. 

My thoughts go out to all her family and friends whom she talked so fondly of from time to time. She was an amazing woman who will truly be missed.

I feel very lucky to have had the privilege to get to know Diane over the past 16 years, having first connected through work, but also getting to know her as a friend. Condolences, thoughts and prayers to friends and family of Diane. I knew Diane from my time at Computershare/Montreal Trust. I am saddened by Diane's passing but glad that she is no longer suffering. R.IP. Diane.

I had the privilege of working with Diane over the last couple years on a complex project.  The task at hand was made easy solely due to her positive and never quit attitude.  I considered her not just a colleague but a dear friend who taught me more than I would have dreamed possible.

She will be greatly missed.  My deepest sympathies to the family and all her friends.

I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Diane during the past year or two through work. She was a wonderful person whose ready smile and knowledge I will miss.  I hope that her family and friends find comfort in memories of happier and treasured times with her.

I knew Diane as a college and a friend and I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She is no longer in any pain and now has someone very special looking after her.  My prayer are with her family and I am sure her memory will live on with happy thoughts.

I and many of my colleagues at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP had the pleasure and privilege of working with Diane for over 15 years.  Diane was the rare combination of competence, charm and humility that got the job done while putting everyone at ease. I did not know Diane well, but she was always a helpful, friendly and considerate person in all of my dealings with her in the business environment, over these many years. Diane was very well respected by her work colleagues and by so many of the clients with whom she interacted. She was a lovely lady, and I, along with many, will miss her very much. Janice, so very sorry for your loss.  My sincere condolences to you and your family.

I had the pleasure of working with Diane for about 15 years.  She was remarkable both on a professional and personal level.  Over the years Diane was responsible for mentoring so many people and befriending many many more.  I often remarked that Diane was the matriarch of the MBS industry.

Diane was genuinely interested in getting to know the people that she worked with, both her colleagues at Computershare as well as her many clients.  What sticks out for me was how her eyes lit up when she spoke of her children and grandchildren.

At Computershare we have a huge void now that our dear Diane is no longer with us.  Her infections laugh, professionalism, sense of humour, dedication and friendship will be so deeply missed.

My thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Diane's family during this difficult time.

It is with a very heavy heart that I write this note.  Very sad news and taken away way too soon.  My fondest memories is of Diane talking about her grandchilden.  She was a super dedicated employee of Computershare.  She will be missed very much by all.
