It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Danny Yip at York Central Hospital on Wednesday, August 24, 2011. He was the beloved husband of Snowda, loving father of Fanny (Ryan Dunagan) and Yin-Yee (Ryan Wiederick) and cherished grandfather of Mia & Tristan. Danny will be missed by his family and friends and special thanks to the staff at York Central Hospital for their care during his stay.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side of Yonge) on Sunday, August 28, 2011 from 4:00 to 5:00pm. A funeral service will commence at 5:00pm in the funeral home chapel. Private cremation service.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
