Peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on Friday, January 2, 2015 at the age of 82. Reunited in Heaven with her loving husband Victor. Beloved mother to Joseph (Nancy), Oscar and to Edwin. Cherished grandmother to Ruby, Andrew and Samantha. Berta will be sadly missed by her extended family and many friends. Guests will be received at Delmoro Funeral Home, (61 Beverly Hills Dr., off Jane St, one block south of Wilson,) on Friday, January 9, 2015 From 2 – 4:30 and 6 – 9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2014 at St. Philip Neri Roman Catholic Church. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. (8361 Yonge St., Thornhill, ON). Donations in memory of Berta may be made to the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital or The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
