Antonio Bianchi

He was born on March 8,1933 in Villavallelonga, L'Aquila, Italy. He was 89 years old.

Antonio was the beloved husband of Francesca (née Tantalo). He was a loving father to sons Mario (Gerardina), Francesco (Liliana) and daughter Giovanna. He was a cherished grandfather of six, Francesca, Maria, Robert, Thomas, Simona and Jonathan.

Antonio was known for his love of physical activity and the outdoors. He would often go on long walks when he wasn't dedicating his time to his gardens both at home and at the cottage. He also enjoyed traditions like making wine and grappa and generously sharing with friends and family. His favorite pastimes included family dinners, playing cards and playing bocce. He was kind and caring to family and friends. Always, he will be remembered for his welcoming smile and generous spirit.

Visiting for Antonio will be held Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kane-Jerrett North York Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street, Toronto. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 9:30 AM at St. Paschal Baylon Church, 92 Steeles Ave West, Thornhill. Committal prayers will be held at Prospect Cemetery, 1450 St. Clair Ave. West, Toronto.
