My dearest Mom, it has been 5 yrs since you left us and not a moment goes by that I don’t think of you and your cooking.

Her smiling face, kindness, and friendly personality to everyone she meets and how generous she was with what she had.

She was a Special Lady and she was my Mom.

Tonight I'm thinking of my Aunt Anna and the effect her kind, sweet and beautiful heart had on me.  I not only learned the love of a special aunt, I learned about being a sweet sister to my brothers.    You are loved and missed always in my heart.

Mom it has been 4 years since you left us and not a moment goes by that you are not thought off.

My Mom was a gift from heaven a very special lady loved by all who knew her, she had a heart of gold. Even when she suffered she tried to hide it from us with a smile looking at us but we knew.

Mom, I love you and miss our talk. You use say it will be ok others have it worse so give me a smile.

I remember the day I said where would you like me to take you and you said the dollar store. Will mom the 2 1/2 hours that you insisted to stay and look at everything from your wheel chair. I couldn’t wait to get out but you said (Ilike) Helen I feeling well today so let me enjoy myself. 

Mom so many times I wanted to take you out when I drove 2 hrs.  coming to see you but you were not well, I just didn’t think it would be the dollar store. If you where here I would take you to as many dollar stores and not say one word.

Mom we all miss you and love you with the memories you left us with.

Daughter and Family 

It has been 3 years today Mom that you left us and not a moment goes by that we don’t think of you and miss not having you with us. You have given each of us your love and treasured memories to cherish and pass it down to our loved ones especially your cooking and baking that you shared and taught us. 
My mom was a gift from heaven to us all and missed dearly but never forgotten.

Today I'm thinking of my sweet, loving Aunt Anna!  She was the best aunt and sister to my father.  Through my memories of her and her examples, I strive to be the best sister to my own brothers and aunt to my nieces.    When I think of my Aunt Anna I think of love, kindness and delicious Hungarian cooking.  I love my Aunt Anna forever! xoxo

On November 13, 2021 - 2 years, since my Mom has passed away and not one day goes by that we don't think of her and miss her.  

She has given the family so much love and memories we share that we all treasure and hold on to in our hearts.

We love you and miss you, your loving family.

She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother to us all and everyone else, who knew her loved her.

She worked as a Cook at The Hungarian Village a famous Restaurant and after The Coffee Mill in Toronto, cooking fabulous Hungarian meals to her Customers who came and kept coming back.
 
At Christmas she would bake for  each family member two long rolls of either Poppyseeds , Walnuts, Raisins and chocolate layers squares. 

We loved her Palacsinta, the Hungarian Crepe, Plum Gomboc and not mention all the other fabulous meals she made.

She loved gardening planting beautiful flowers and growing vegetables. 

Her love for her family will never be forgotten and remain in our hearts. 

The memories she left us will be cherished by each one of us.

Aunt Anna was a very dear and sweet person to me.  We spent time together in the summer when she and I had concurrent visits with my father in San Diego.  She touched me with her big, kind, loving heart and her words comforted me when I wasn't sure of my path.  Although it's been many years since we last visited in person, she always reached out to me during the holidays and inbetween.  Being very family orientened she gave us strength and made our battles seem minimal with all her support.  She gave us the courage to do our very best.  She left us proud to be a part of her beautiful family, and left this world a much kinder, loving place.   Rest in Peace Aunt Anna  I miss you.  You're forever in my heart and in the all the love I give to others, just as you gave me.  


My mother was born Anna Agyagos to Szaniszlo Terézia and Agyagos Janos. She was one of five children, Ilona and Alex-(deceased), Frank in ( Arizona) and Mary in (Hungary). 
Anna Agyagos married Istvan Marton- (deceased), they had 
4 children - Ilidiko - (died at 3 mths.), Joseph (died at 6 wks.), Steve and Helen. 
Anna came to Canada in 1956, worked very hard to give herself and her two children a better life.
Anna loved her children Steve and Helen - and her husband John. She shared lots of memories especially with her daughter Helen. 
Anna also loved her 2 grandsons Alan and Kris - (and his wife Nancy), but her main joy was her 6 great-grand children who she loved so much Alan's son Matthew and Kris and Nancy children Bella, Patricia, Johnny, Willow and  Santino - born this year.
Anna's years was lots of suffering and pain mostly due to her illness and made it even harder in her later years but she never complained. She loved Jesus so much and her bible. 
My mother, God's greatest gift to me. Love you mom❤️

Although it’s been many years I will always have fond memories of visiting Anna at her home. She loved having me over and enjoyed cooking for everyone. She was a beautiful lady! I’m lucky to have known her. 



Dearest Mom, ❤️🌹🌹🌹 ✝ Our hearts still ache in sadness and secret tears still flows what it meant to lose you no one will ever know.

It will be one year and not one day goes by that I don't think of you and miss you. It broke my heart to lose you, but you didn't go alone, for part of me went with you, the day God called you home.  Mom, what it meant to lose you know one will ever know. 

If roses do grow in Heaven Lord, please pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Mother's arm, hold her for a while and tell her it's from me. Tell her I love her and I miss her too. 

So, please Lord take good care of her, she was in so much pain and suffered so much too.
