Born in the Netherlands to Abraham and Petronella van der Maas. Anna is reunited in Heaven with her husband, Hendricks.
Cherished mother to Roy Gies (Josie) and Keith Gies (Ashlea Quigley).
Beloved grandmother to Johnathan, Kaitlyn, Sierra, Leah and Kate.
Anna is survived by her sister Diana (Lucas Tonus), and her niece Ilanit and nephew Aaran (Corine).
She will be missed dearly by Arlene Viray.
She will be forever remembered, loved and missed by all of her family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Anna’s life will take place at the Jerrett Funeral Home- St. Clair Chapel (1141 St. Clair Ave., east of Dufferin St.) on Saturday November 4, 2023 from 2-5 pm.
PLEASE NOTE: Masks are no longer required to attend indoor funeral services, for those that feel more comfortable wearing a mask, please feel free to do so.
