He was born and raised in Toms River and resided there for the remainder of his life
Kevin was a talented carpenter who enjoyed building things with his own two hands. He was smart and anything he was taught to do, he learned quickly. He loved his family, and especially loved being an uncle. He was loved by everyone who was lucky enough to have known him.
Kevin was a devoted son, brother, uncle and friend. He leaves behind his mother and father, Barbara and Donald Cleaver; his sister, Kellie Haye and her boyfriend Bryan Regan; his brothers Donnie Cleaver and his wife Jessalyn and Brian Cleaver. His nieces and nephew, Nina Haye, Anna Haye, Addison Cleaver and Donnie Cleaver.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Nina and Don Cleaver, Jack and Jean Marsh and his uncle John Marsh.
A visitation for Kevin will be held Monday, April 21, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ 08753. A mass will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 685 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ 08753.
