Julia J. Frank, 97, of the Holiday City Section of Toms River, NJ, passed away on March 18, 2018, at Community Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born and lived in Jersey City until moving to Toms River in 1970. Family was everything to Julia. She loved cooking and was especially known for her Eggplant Parmesan. Julia enjoyed needle point and was an artist who painted in oils. Most importantly, she was a joy to be with. Julia always greeted you with a smile and a kiss and never complained. She will be dearly missed for the happiness she infused into everyone’s life.
Julia was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, William V. Frank, in 2010; and her siblings: James, Jenny and Stella. She is survived by her devoted sons: Ken Frank and wife Cecilia of Toms River and William Frank and wife Loretta of Toms River; six grandchildren: Danielle Boska and husband Patrick, Jaqueline Caswell and husband Rory, Erin Anders and husband Drew, Kristen Waldron and husband Kevin, Brad Frank and wife Lauren, and Bryan Frank. She is also survived by eight GREAT-grandchildren Ryan, Kyle, Evan, Colin, Makenzie, Taylor, Jayden, and Brielle.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 22, from 2-5 & 7-9 PM, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 9:30AM at St. Justin the Martyr Church, 975 Fischer Blvd., Toms River, NJ. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, 1722 Silverton Road, Toms River, NJ.
