Jerry Del Gaudio, age 92, of Toms River, New Jersey passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family. . Jerry was born in Brooklyn, NY and had lived their until retiring to Toms River 20 years ago.
Jerry was a Korean War Army Veteran who proudly served his country. He worked as a Longshoreman for Maersk Lines out of Brooklyn, NY.
Surviving is Jerry's beloved wife, Rose of 65 years and their children, son Michael, daughter Laura Scolaro and her husband Frank and their families.
A visitation for Jerry will be held Sunday, March 13, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A mass of christian burial will occur Monday, March 14, 2022 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church, 1674 Old Freehold Rd, Toms River, NJ 08755. A committal service will occur Monday, March 14, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrott Ave, Staten Island, NY 10309.
