Camilla “Cami” Chase, 93, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Garfield, NJ, Cami lived in Wall Township and Toms River most of her life. She was a longtime employee of Two Guys in Neptune. For over 25 years she was a volunteer at the Monmouth and Ocean Food Bank now known as Fulfill Food Bank.
Cami was a world traveler and loved spending time with her family and friends. She also was a very active tennis player. She was an active churchgoer and loved nature.
She is predeceased by her loving husband, Ivan Leigh Chase and her sister, Mildred Ruchalski. Surviving are two sons; Michael and his wife Eileen Carroll, Mark and his wife Pattie and a sister, Dorothy Scott. Also surviving are four grandchildren; Michelle Lordi and her husband Joseph, Allison Harris, Matthew Chase and his wife Deanna and Meghann Chase and five great-grandchildren; Myles Harris, Hailey and Chase Lordi, Jaiden and Jordan Chase and one due in August (Jaxson).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 5, 2021 from 4-7 pm at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 10 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River, NJ.
