Ann Carol Smith

She was born to parents Anthony and Ann Olesinski on 09/05/1943 in Elizabeth, NJ. She is predeceased by her Husband Ronald W Smith (1986), Sister Nancy Kolesar (2019)

Carol is survived by her 3 Sons, Richard Smith (Jill) Toms River, Robert Smith (Patrice) Neptune and Ryan Smith (Nicole) Toms River.

She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, Hailey, Robert, Ashley, Kiran and Brielle and many cousins, nephews and nieces including her favorite Kim Cittadino (Ed) Port St. Lucie, FL.

Carol spent her early years growing up in Linden, NJ where she attended Linden High School. She and her Husband Ron moved to Clark, NJ in 1969 to raise their sons. In 1984 she moved to Toms River with her 3 sons and had many years of fantastic memories with a great group of friends and family. She Lived, Laughed and Loved for her entire life. She was the most no nonsense, smart, beautiful, tough and hard working woman for her family.

When her grandchildren arrived she couldn’t hug, love and kiss them enough. She enjoyed the company of her late sister Nancy and all the laughs and great times they had together. She LOVED her dogs as much as she loved life. She will be remembered for her contagious smile, quick wit and tremendous hugs.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 4-8 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River, NJ. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, May 6, 2021 9:30 am at St. Justin's RC Church, Toms River. Interment will follow to St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Sayreville.
