Johnny Laborin passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 82, in his hometown of Tolleson, Arizona. He is survived by the love of his life, Linda, sons Johnny Ray (Heather) and Phillip, and daughters Terrie (Albert Suniga) and Patty (Tommy Everidge), as well as 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and brother Fidencio/Billy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio and Serafina, brother Antonio, sisters Lupe, Connie, Esther, Reyna, Lily, and son Eddie Joe.
Johnny was a man who lived life to the fullest and enjoyed each passing moment. Johnny had a love for family and music from the 1950's era held a special place in his heart. He would take every opportunity to put on his "dancing boots" and hit the dance floor while singing along to every song.
He was known for his generous heart, love of huevos rancheros and welcoming embrace. He cherished old friendships, his large extended family and rooting for his Dodgers and Rams.
A memorial service will be held in his honor on May 1, 2023 at Advantage Funeral Home from 10am - 1pm, followed by a celebration of life gathering at Blessed Sacrament Hall in Tolleson.
