I know that no words can help ease the pain and loss that you are feeling right now. It's the little things, the small, everyday occurrences that you'll remember. The laughs, the stories, the smiles. And even though it seems like you can never recover from your loss, it is these very memories that will help push the pain away and bring back the smiles. Stay strong.

just heard about bobby.we used to talk at least monthly until he seemed to drop out of sight. i miss him and think about him a lot. he was a true friend and i really enjoyed working with him. together we never missed a deal. GOD BLESS and am truly sorry for not finding out this sad news sooner.

My sympathy goes out to the Bergin family for your loss. I remember Bob as a caring brother to his brothers and a true gentleman. One memory that I have of Bob is being so impressed when he visited me in the hospital after an accident. I guess that is just the kind of guy he was. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Patrick and Cindy, I am sorry for your (and your family's) loss.  You have been in my thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Bergin family.  I hope you find comfort  in all the great memories of Bob.  He was a man who could make a person feel special , smart , and appreciated.  He laughed hard at simple jokes, listened to you when you spoke, and gave endless compliments.  One example  that comes to mind is when I helped Colleen move into her first house.  He was impressed and  complimentary when he spotted me reading the spray paint can's directions prior to painting a piece of wicker furniture.  He gave me a lengthy lecture on how right it was to take the time to read the directions prior to painting.  Bob will be remembered in my heart always.  And I will picture him standing aside smiling while taking in the events before him in his quiet manner.

I loved Bobby from the day I met him.  My memories of him are always of compasssion and laughter. . . rest in peace Robert E. Bergin and "until we meet again may God hold you in the hallow of His hand. . ."
