Frances Patricia Ragan, age 81, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024. Frances was born in Baltimore, Maryland; beloved mother of Michele Crook; dear sister of Jeraldine Ragan and the late Noreen Hanning; loving grandmother of Jacob Crook; cherished aunt of Brian Runge; great-aunt of Nicholas, Zachary and the late Hannah Runge; great-great-aunt of Carson Runge.
A visitation for Frances will be held Monday, July 29, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc, 10 West Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier, 13717 Cuba Road, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21030.
Interment to follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 E. Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093.
