Barbara Gayle Talbot was born on August 28. 1936 in Middletown Ohio. She passed away in Portland Oregon peacefully surrounded by family on November 24, 2022
Barbara had a special love for riding and showing horses. She especially loved traveling and dancing with her husband of 65 years. She was loved by so many and always had a smile on her face.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Clifford E. Talbot Jr and their son Clifford E. Talbot III. She is survived by her brother Michael Moore; her children Jeff, Mindy, and Matthew; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be on January 7,2023 2 to 5 at Metzger park Hall.
