MaryAnn Gonzales of Northglenn, Colorado passed away January 30, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. MaryAnn was born June 15, 1955 in Casper, Wyoming to Luis and Beroniz (DeHerrera) Sanchez. In 1965 she moved from Wyoming to Tooele, Utah. MaryAnn graduated in May of 1974. After high school she worked with the chief of police in Tooele. She went on ride-alongs and even took part in an undercover sting operation. As a child, she enjoyed playing baseball and loved camping and fishing. As she got older, she loved playing cards and slots.
MaryAnn met Frankie Gonzales in July of 1974 while he was on leave. They married January 4, 1975 and recently celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary. She is survived by 3 children: Andrea, Melissa, & Frankie Jr. (Yanet ); 8 grandkids Anthony, Elias, Jenet, Marissa, Isabella, Alyna, Douglas, & Aristea -- they vary in ages from 23 years old to 6 months.
A visitation from 4-6 followed by a rosary at 6pm will be held Monday, February 8, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, 10:30am. All will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Northglenn, Colorado.
