Julia was born June 22, 1951 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, to Hipolito and Epifania (Turja) Sanchez. She was a graduate of Manual High School. She married Fred Gonzales on May 30th, 1981 in Denver. They raised 3 children, while later becoming a homemaker, after having her youngest child. She was a devoted Christian woman, when at an early age, she professed her life in Jesus Christ. She served and was a dedicated member of her church she attended. Julia was a beautiful, strong-willed woman, who loved her family passionately.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished and remembered by her surviving family: Husband, Fred Gonzales: Children; Tony Sanchez, Valentina Gonzales, and Adam Gonzales. Siblings; Maria Elena (Acosta), Hipolito, Jr., Rosa, Raul Sanchez, and Martha. Grandchildren; Dominic, Marina, Orlando, Daniel, Julian, Jordan, Monika, Janae, and Adam Jr. Great Grandchildren; Odyssey, and Elisio.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm, on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Olinger Funeral, Cremation and Cemetery. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020, located 10201 North Grant Street, Thornton, CO 80229. Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, please check with the family before attending.
