On Sunday, August 2, 2020 Esperanza V. Chavez, loving wife and mother of three children passed away at the age of 82. Esperanza V. Chavez was born August 6, 1938 in El Paso, Texas. Esperanza is survived by one daughter, Guadalupe Velasco and two sons: Luis Balderrama and Robert Velasco; two grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
