Dorothy Lee Berger, 87 of Thornton, CO passed away on December 7, 2016 in Wheat Ridge, CO. She was born April 4, 1929 in La Junta, CO to William & Lillie Avara. She is survived by three children, Byron Berger, Bridgett Wood, and Debbie Schneider, ten grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband William J. Berger, son William A. Berger, brother William Avara and her parents.
