95, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2015 in Thornton, Colorado. Born July 31, 1919 in Montrose, Colorado to Frank and Isadora Cooper. He is survived by his loving family; daughter Jackie (Paul) Cuin, step-daughter Joanne (Rich) Merg, grandchildren; Mykal Cuin, Amber (Josh) Schumway, Tasha Hillebrand, Knala (Beau) Snyder, Steve Merg, Isabella Merg, Karlien, Kari Kreps, Kevin Kreps, and Ned Cooper, also 6 great grandchildren. Charlie was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine, sons, Don Cooper, and Larry Cooper, daughter, Katie Erickson, his parents, his siblings; Pearl, Dola, Lee, Mary, Loney, Jewel, Forest, Ted, Floyd, Mel, Coot, and Jim Cooper, two granddaughters, Tiffany O'Shell and Marci Cooper, two great granddaughters, Savanah Hillebrand, and Alyssa O'Shell.
Visitation Sunday, February 8, 2015, from 12pm to 5pm at Olinger Highland Mortuary. Services Monday, February 9, 2015, 10am at Olinger Highland Mortuary Chapel, 10201 Grant St., Thornton, CO 80229. Interment to follow at Olinger Highland Cemetery.
