Austin is survived by his wife, Diana; his daughters,Madalyn and Emma; brother, Aarron and sister, Morgan.
Austin was born June 11th, 1996, in Douglasville Georgia but grew up and attending schools in Bowdon. Playing football and riding dirt bikes, he graduated high school in 2014 while enlisting in the army at the age of 17. Austin attended basic training in Fort Benning, GA. Upon completing his initial military training, he was awarded The Military Occupational Specialty of Infantryman. Austin spent four years of service in Fort Hood TX, which included a deployment to South Korea and Kuwait. He then transferred to the Georgia National Guard where he spent two years serving that included a deployment to Afghanistan. Austin re-entered active service in November 2019 in Fort Carson, Colorado.
Austin's wife and kids were extremely important to him. He enjoyed spending the day watching his kids play outside, working on his trucks and watching his wife make a home cooked meal.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday June 7th from 3:00pm - 7:00pm at Olinger Highland Mortuary, 10201 Grant St., in Thornton, CO. A private burial will be held on Thursday June 8th at Olinger Highland Cemetery.
