Suddenly yet peacefully after her struggle with cancer, on Sunday, June 17th, 2007 at Toronto General Hospital in her 80th year. Predeceased by husbands Mac and Chris. Loving mother of Jim (Lynne - predeceased), David (Lorraine), Kirk (Dale), Barbara (Jim Schnurr - predeceased). Cherished Gramma to Leah, Scott, Keegen, Megan, Adam, Gavin and Jeff. Survived by her dear siblings Art, Jim and Bob Henry, and Lucy Murphy and Colleen Haase and their spouses. Isabel will be missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit on Wednesday, June 20th, from 6-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A celebration of Isabel's life will be held at the R.S. Kane Chapel on Thursday, June 21st, 2007 at 11 o'clock. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation or Toronto General Hospital.
