Suddenly, on Monday, August 27th, 2007 at Sunnybrook Hospital, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Wm. "Bill" Arthur Whitehead (1994). Loving mother of Ruth and Eric and his wife Karen and predeceased by her son Paul William Whitehead (1987). Cherished "granny" to Gavin (fiancee Jordi) and Adam (fiancee Rosemary). Eleanor will be missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Friends may call on Wednesday, August 29th, from 3-7 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). Funeral service will be held at the R.S. Kane Chapel on Thursday, August 30th, 2007 at 1 o'clock. Cremation to follow. Interment, Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a later date.
