Peacefully at Union Villa, Markham on Oct. 30, 2015. Beloved wife of Myles, loving and treasured mother of Julie. Born in Georgetown, British Guiana, Jan. 27, 1934. Predeceased by brothers Mac, Dick, Desmond and Gerry. Survived by brother Denis (Margaret, dec.), sister Marguerite Overall, sisters-in-law Marjorie, Arlene and Mary Wrong, Maureen Collins (Chuck), brothers-in-law Ken (Katherine, dec.) and Jack Hamilton. Loving and loved “Auntie Daphne” to 73 nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many more. Long time employee of Sheridan Equipment.
Visitation at R.S.Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St. (at Goulding, south of Steeles), on Friday Nov. 6, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 39 Green Lane, Thornhill, on Saturday Nov. 7, 2015 at 11am. Interment to follow Mass.
