Hey man, almost everyday that I get to go on Facebook, I visit your page. It took me a long time to actually write to you and everyday I wish it would have been sooner, but I always saw it as "Na I'll get to talk to him and hang out when I get to Fl or when he comes to Ny". You've been gone for a while.. I've seen how people are not forgetting about you but learning everyday how to make it to the next day. I don't know how to do that, I'm hoping me saying this to you helps just a little..
We weren't close like best friends, living miles away made it sort of difficult, but we were always family. Because of that it wouldn't have mattered if I wasn't able to see you in 20 years I would still greet you with a hug and I'm not much of a hugging person lol. I never got a chance to know you as an adult and it hurts because I know we would have been close friends. Whether it was debating about which was better xbox or ps3, talking game stuff or jus goofing off. Sometimes I can't remember common things that happen in my weeks but I remember clearly when you were in Ny..when we were kids and we all would play around, hang out in the room with Ivan just playing video games. I miss those days. That's my memory I hold on to of you.. It would have been dumb of me to think all of this would have been easy to write, my goodness it's not. I know you're watching over the ones that were closer to you over there. I'm sorry if I don't come back for some time it's truly not easy for me. But I want you to know you're nowhere close to forgotten over here and I hope that when that day comes and I knock on your door up there, that you greet me with that hug too.

To this day and every day on I pray with out ceasing over the Chervoni family! It still seems like yesterday. I just sit here and I picture so clearly in my mind his smile. Forever frozen in my mind, forever young. Such a tragedy.

God bless Joshua's family and friends. I never saw his smile but pray for his mother and father every day and night since December 5th. I will think of him every time I drive on the very road that I first saw him, knowing that a family would suffer an unthinkable loss as heaven gained another beautiful angel.

I'm  Christians  mother had the pleasure to meet Joshua  he was a great friend to my son. Very respectable young man. Remember one  day he came to my house and he was with Jacob  the little dog .My condolences go out to his family. I know they're going thru a very hard time. I want you to know you have a family with us. Joshua was not a friend to Christian he was more like a brother. but heaven has received an angel that will be watching over his family and friends.R.I.P  love always the Estevez and Lora family

Joshua Emilio what a blessings you were to your family! As your parents visited us this summer I got to know you through their stories of you! They told me (us) all about you from you being a little boy to the man you grew into! Their eyes and voices gleemed as they spoke of you! I loved you from the moment they started to speak of you! As your fathers sister in PA and your mothers new friend and sister (at heart) I send love and comfort to them and the entire family! Jesus said He would never leave or forsake us! Today and from here on until He returns to takes us home to be with Him, God's peace be on the family!

Don't know where to start, first 2-11, lol our ages so far apart, sitting here in unbelief knowing now we so far apart, Hard to be sad when so many memories bring a smile to my face, 18 birthday throwing dollars at the stage, eyes wide open, holla holla halla halla halla  :-). Holidays we spent together as a fam or days we all chilled un planned, good O days.. Playing family games.. Joshs famous pizza was always a treat, your first ryhm you spit in the booth you thought it was heat. Sitting here listening to music you would listen to along wit memories of you now is a treat. First Lil job you got your self a bob marly shirt having money was sweet. Nips on deck, family cruise how ivan and i looking for blcks and you got them already along with Lil nip bottles with a big smile on your face , running around on ship with your own Entourage .. So many things come to mind , until we meet again Lil brother.. Love you

You were an amazing person and will truly be missed. We are so happy we got a chance to know you and have you as family. You are gone way to soon but will live on thru our memories and the impact you had on all our lives. Rest In Peace ...we love you now and forever !!

I have been friends with Yvonne for over 40 years. She and Emilio are god parents to my daughter Jasaeamanda. I remember when she told me she was pregnant with Joshua she was so happy. He was so cute and cheerful as a kid. As he grew he became more shy but still had his way of letting everyone know he was in the room. Joshua reminded me of my boys for he was both in one. Remembering Joshua is so heart breaking because to know him is to see a young man with dreams for the future. Slow and steady wins the race this is how I saw him. The last time I saw Joshua was at Yvonne's 50th birthday party when he tapped my shoulder and gave me a kiss on the cheek and a big hug. To his family I'm so sorry for what you're going through and I wish I had the power to bring him back. I can't imagine what you all are feeling. It hurts so much to know that he's gone. My prayers are with you all. May you all find strength in the memories everyone shares with you and may they make you smile maybe even laugh a bit or more. I may not be able to attend your services for Joshua but I will be praying and keeping him close to my heart. I hope to see you all soon. Love and big hugs to you all
