Scotty Ivan Wishon

Scotty Ivan Wishon, age 54, of Thomasville, North Carolina went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on Wednesday, August 3, 2022. Scotty was born December 17, 1967 in High Point, NC to the late Bobby Wishon and Judy Wishon.

Scotty was a devout baptist and was an active member at Testimonial Baptist Church of Thomasville. He served his community as an EMT and Volunteer Firefighter for over 30 years. Was a beloved son, brother, husband, grandfather, uncle and cousin who will be dearly missed.

Scotty is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jerry Smith.

Scotty is survived by his wife of 8 years, Donna Kindley Wishon; brother, Dale Wishon and wife Cindy; sisters, Carol Varner and husband Wayne, Teressa Lowder and husband John; step children, Shane Kindley and wife Melissa, Lisa Kindley; step mother, Jeanette Wishon; grandchildren, Madison, Emma, Alex, Eli, Timothy and the soon to be born, Taylor; as well as several extended family, friends and co-workers.

Memorial contributions may be made in Scotty's name to Testimonial Baptist Church, 1679 Old US Hwy 29, Thomasville, NC 27360.

A celebration of life for Scotty will take place on Saturday, August 6th, 2022 at 11:00am at Testimonial Baptist Church of Thomasville; Pastor Carl Sutton officiating.
