Norbert Norb J. Schroeder

Norbert J. "Norb" Schroeder, Passed away peacefully on September 30, 2014 at the age of 84 years. Resident of Thiensville, WI, former longtime resident of Brown Deer, WI. Beloved husband for 61 years of Bonnie (nee Moe). Cherished father of Steve (Bobbi), Janet (Mark) Mushall, Donna (Bob) Haizel, and the late Janie (Jim) Krause. Proud Papa of Samantha and Matt Schroeder, Meghan (Bryant) Rapp, Abby (Brian) DeBarge and Kristy Mushall, Jordy and Ashley Haizel, Mike (Shannon), Steve and Danny Krause. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Norb's life was an example of a life well lived. He was fiercely devoted to his family and his children and grandchildren are forever grateful for his unconditional love. He was a believer in community involvement and was a lifelong member of The Brown Deer Lions Club. The family would like to thank Adrianne and her staff at Lasata for their loving care during the last several months.Visitation will be held on Saturday October 4, 2014 from 10-11:00 am at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, 8660 North 76th Pl, Milwaukee, WI, followed by the celebration of a Memorial Mass at 11:00 am.
