Thomas was a classmate of mine at Daingerfield High School in Daingerfield, Texas. Jimmy Connor, myself, and Thomas made a rocket ship in my back yard in 1956.  It did not fly far but Thomas went on to do great things in that field at Lockheed.

Ruth, I was sad to hear of Tom's passing.  Tom was not only a good friend but also a great work colleague. He will always hold a special place in my memory and heart as he hired me into Lockheed, and promoted my transfer to Austin.  I worked closely with him during my 14 years both at Lockheed in Houston and Austin.   I have many fond memories of our lunches together where we shared many family stories.  My sympathy is with you in this your time of grieving.

Art and I were so sad to hear of Tom's passing.  We just wish we had had the opportunity to get to know him better.  We pray for God's peace for you and your family, and we know that your sweet memories will bring you comfort and joy.

Dear Ruth, It was very sad to hear of Tom's passing.  He was a positive role model for me and my brother in our youth.  I always loved Tom's soft approach and gentle yet firm presence.  He will be missed.  This world has lost one of the good ones.
