Elliott was born in Carmichael, California. He lived his early years in Folsom, CA until 1993 when the family moved to Houston. He graduated from The Woodlands High and studied at the University of Colorado earning his BSBA at the Leeds School of Business. He completed his MBA from Pepperdine in 2020.
Elliott is all about his family and friends. He always looks forward to the next family gathering whether it was a holiday, ski trip, sporting event, or a trip home. He has a rare collection of vintage guitars and vinyl records.
Elliott spent a semester in his junior year in Madrid, Spain. He honed his Spanish skills and enjoyed conversing with others in Spanish. While in Madrid his passion for soccer only grew. His favorite teams are Real Madrid and the US Men’s National Team. He traveled to Paris for the Champions League Final 2022 and saw his beloved Real Madrid hoist the Championship Trophy. He is a loyal Astros and Rockets fan. Elliott attended and celebrated the Astros Game 6 World Series win in Houston with his family. Attending two championship games of his favorite teams in the same year is special.
Elliott lived in Los Angeles since college. He was the Director of Accounting for Westlake Financial. He thoroughly enjoyed his job. His enthusiasm and energy were contagious to his colleagues.
Elliott is survived by his father Kevin, mother Connie, brother Gregory, sister-in-law Monica Esqueda Gangluff, paternal grandfather Edwin, and his new born nephew Geoffrey. He is preceded by his paternal grandmother Helen Gangluff, maternal grandmother Nita Johnson Wright and grandfather Richard Irvin Wright. Elliott is blessed to be survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Elliott will be laid to rest at Forest Park, The Woodlands Cemetery.
Elliott was a loving son and caring friend. He will live on in every life he touched, especially his mother, father, and brother.
