Camille Kinmon Gustitis, 19, passed away on October 15, 2022. She was born on July 31, 2003, in The Woodlands, Texas, to her parents, Norm and Kathy. She was the youngest of three daughters, after Maddie and Caroline.
Camille was a free spirit, a constant source of silly antics, outrageous outfits, crazy jokes, and funny stories that enlightened everyone around her. Camille was a voracious reader from a young age, a dancer, and an animal lover. These loves include her childhood chihuahua, Teddy, and Olivia, her beloved miniature potbelly pig.
Camille was remarkable in so many ways, too numerous to count. Her life, while short, was a snapshot of brightness, laughter, and joy. She was a ray of sunshine for all, and we shall all miss her in ways too great to express.
Camille is survived by her mother, Katherine Benbow Gustitis; father, Norman Lee Gustitis Jr.; sisters, Madeleine Marie and Caroline Jane Gustitis, along with Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and friends. Camille is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Dr. Barbara Benbow Strigel, and maternal grandfather, Dr. Samuel Hollan Benbow.
Private services will be held at Forest Park The Woodlands, where she will be laid to rest next to her grandmother Barbara.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
