Andrea Carol Estelle

She was born in Fairfield, Iowa on September 29, 1947. Andrea attended Parsons College and was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority.

Her career as a Flight Attendant for Continential Airlines took her around the world for 44 years. Family was her everything. If she wasn’t with her daughter and grandson you could find her outside swinging in her favorite chair reading her latest book for book club, crocheting a scarf or blanket for a friend, getting ready for one of her bunco clubs, planning her next shopping/ lunch adventure with friends, or out fighting for whichever crusade or friend that was in need of her knowledge, sass and encouragement. A lover of life and thankful for all the many blessings she was given.

She was proceeded in death by parents, Frank and Barbara McFarland and sister, Melissa Scott.

She is survived by daughter Lisa Furleigh, son-in-law William Furleigh, grandson Jacob Kopal, and granddaughters Kelsey and Katelynn Furleigh.

A celebration of life will be held from 2-6pm, Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Forest Park- The Woodlands Cemetery.
