Survivors include his sons, Dennis Kegley of Queen City, TX and Cardell Kegley and Cathy Henderson of Queen City, TX; brothers and sister-in-law, Donnie Kegley of Foreman, AR, David Kegley of Bayside, TX and Cecil and Debra Kegley of Westholl, TX; sisters, Lillie Landsel of Horatio, AR and Edna Black of Bossier City, LA; and grandchildren, Bradi Kegley of Waxahachie. TX and Sarah Kegley of Texarkana, TX.

Service will be 2 p.m., Thursday, September 23, 2021 at East Memorial Chapel - Moores Lane with Rev. Todd Hervey officiating. Burial will be in Blackland Cemetery, Foreman, AR under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at the funeral home.
